The Opportunity
- Lead Complex Projects: Manage intricate projects and installations across various regions, both domestically and internationally, while crafting detailed progress and final reports for internal use and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Multidisciplinary Teams: Coordinate design, fabrication, build, electrical wiring, and software teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of solutions.
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Actively seek customer feedback throughout the project, address inquiries, and resolve issues, including design changes.
- Client Expectation Management: Skillfully manage client expectations and maintain regular communication through scheduled status calls and meetings.
- Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all solution documentation meets specifications and standards.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high-quality work environment that reflects outstanding customer service.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Industry Expertise: Preferably five or more years in the Pharma and Food Industry, with additional experience in automation and machine building industries being advantageous.
- Project Management Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proven success in driving customer satisfaction and quality through effective relationship management.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Accountability and Ownership: Takes ownership, is accountable, and consistently delivers on commitments.
