Legal Counsel (Regulatory, Fintech company)

Barden are the exclusive partners of a global FinTech company looking to hire a Regulatory lawyer to join its expanding Legal team in Dublin.

The role reports into the General Counsel for Ireland and will interact regularly with the international legal and compliance teams.

THE ROLE

The successful individual will work on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. This will include providing regulatory advice, advising on new products and services, cross-border business activities, liaising with the Central Bank of Ireland and other EU regulatory authorities, etc.

THE PERSON

• A qualified lawyer in Ireland or another EU country (or another common law jurisdiction but with relevant regulatory experience in Ireland or Europe);
• Ideally circa 3-7 years’ PQE;
• Excellent financial services regulatory experience gained in a law firm or in-house.
