Barden are proud to be supporting the General Manager of a large Pharmaceutical manufacturing company located here in Cork to identify a Site Finance Lead.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Partner with the leadership team to deliver large scale innovative projects such as capital expansion programs.
- Responsible for introducing systems and structures to help improve site profitability.
- Develop a culture of excellence to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Overseeing all Finance related activities covering areas such as periodic reporting, budgeting and forecasting, compliance while enhancing a strong control environment.
- Be an ambassador for the business internally and externally.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on digitalisation.
- Responsible for the recruitment and retention of team members with a focus on mentorship and development.

ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified Accountant with 8+ years PQE, ideally operating at senior management level.
- Positive, confident, results focused driven individual.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build lasting, meaningful relationships.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment not essential.
