The Opportunity
This is a chance to join at Senior Manager level, leading project teams and working directly with C-Suite. You’ll play a key role in delivering complex accounting solutions, mentoring consultants, and contributing to business development.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted accounting expert to senior clients and auditors on complex issues
- Lead and deliver operational due diligence for major transactions (IPOs, M&A, capital raises)
- Manage regulatory and financial reporting deliverables
- Advise on new and evolving accounting standards
- Drive process improvements and implement change
- Mentor and develop managers and consultants
- Lead firm initiatives and support recruiting and business development
About You
- ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or MBA-qualified (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years in public accounting or industry finance.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proactive, organised, and client-focused.
