Barden is partnering on an exclusive basis with an IT Services organisation seeking a contracts manager to join the Legal team on a fixed term contract of circa 9 or 12 months.

The role will focus on reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with customers and suppliers, such as MSAs and NDAs.
The position will suit a Contracts Manager with excellent experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts from a commercial and legal perspective, ideally in technology, gained in Ireland or UK.
