They are seeking an analytically-minded supply chain professional to join their European team. This critical role involves working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Planning teams to ensure accurate demand planning and effective management of volume-related rebates. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director in Europe.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Plan demand at SKU level for multiple product categories.
- Collaborate with Sales to evaluate demand data and optimize forecasts.
- Analyse demand data, providing recommendations on product transitions and new product introductions.
- Develop and maintain a demand plan that optimizes inventory positions and minimizes the need for air freight.
- Work with Sales teams to anticipate supply constraints and manage volume-related rebates.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of related experience in supply chain.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative and flexible working style with the ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.
- Advanced excel skills and experience with ERP systems an advantage.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as TABLEAU an advantage.
