A unique opportunity to join a global technology leader as Assistant Tax Manager.
Ideally this will suit a qualified tax professional with at least three years’ experience in an employment tax driven role. Excellent opportunity for an employment tax professional who is keen to broaden their tax expertise.
Hybrid working arrangements with an expectation of 1-2 days per week in the office.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Employment Tax Compliance – prepare employment tax filings and ensure adherence to strict deadlines
- Employment Tax Advisory – support business queries, review shadow payrolls and work closely with HR on business matters
- Corporate Tax Compliance – support the preparation of direct tax returns and preparation of relevant filings
- Corporate Tax Accounting – prepare tax calculations needed for strategy purposes
ABOUT THE PERSON
- At least three years’ experience in tax industry or practice
- A qualified Chartered Tax Advisor
- Accounting qualification desirable (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong commercial acumen and a team player
- Ability to act independently and work to tight deadlines
