Barden are proud to be partnering exclusively with the FC of a rapidly growing Irish business, headquartered in Limerick, to identify a Finance Operations Manager to join their team.
The business has enjoyed significant growth globally over recent years and has ambitious plans for the future. This is a newly created role on the Finance team and will suit someone with strong commercial acumen, who is passionate about business partnering and is a forward thinker.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Utilizing your financial expertise to support the team in terms of key decision making for the business and help drive the commercial objectives of the business forward.
- Assessing the viability of various business proposals.
- Presenting to senior leadership on the findings of business proposals, delivering key insights and analysis as required in order to ensure sound decision making.
- Business partner and build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the Group, creating a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Play an active role in finance initiatives and projects with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
- Become a central point of contact between Finance and the wider business.
- Participate in group wide projects as required.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified accountant with 5+ years’ post qualified experience.
- Excellent communicator with proven influencing skills across all levels.
- Highly analytical, with a natural numerical aptitude.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of making sound business decisions.
- Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team.
