Finance Strategy Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Collaborating with the strategic senior leadership team to design and execute the annual strategy.
- Leading strategic financial management initiatives, overseeing P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning and financial tracking of these initiatives.
- Establishing and managing a standalone financial operation in alignment with financial processes, operational practices and governance frameworks.
- Engaging with and influencing key internal stakeholders regarding strategy, performance, and necessary interventions to support the agreed-upon plans.
- Maintaining regular communication and updates with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in strategic thinking.
- Motivated self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team.
