A well‑established alternative investment firm with an expanding European presence is seeking an experienced Investment Funds Controller to join its Dublin-based finance team.
This is a broad, hands‑on role with responsibility for end‑to‑end fund reporting and oversight of third‑party service providers. The position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders across finance, investor relations, and deal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of quarterly and annual fund reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordination of investor capital calls and distributions in line with fund documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for fund administrators and external auditors
- Responding to investor and internal queries on fund performance and reporting
- Supporting regulatory, compliance, and statutory reporting obligations
- Collaborating cross‑functionally to support high‑quality investor communications
- Contributing to continuous improvement of fund finance processes and controls
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- 4+ years’ post‑qualification experience
- Background in funds, asset management, financial services, or professional practice
- Prior exposure to private equity, alternatives, or fund administration strongly preferred
- Highly analytical, detail‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
