ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Global Operational Technology Lead you are an Engineering Leader, you’ll be at the heart of PepsiCo’s automation initiatives. Your technical expertise will be crucial, but your leadership and advocacy for change will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Central Engineering Role:
- Shape the company’s automation strategy by overseeing critical projects.
- Impact the business through flawless execution of automation initiatives.
- Automation Capital Management:
- Identify, prioritise, and manage automation capital spend across the organisation.
- Drive efficiency and innovation through strategic investments.
- Technical Guidance and Governance:
- Provide ongoing technical guidance to cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Maintenance).
- Ensure successful execution of strategic programs.
- Strategic Programs Execution:
- Lead key programs that transform and improve performance.
- Define scope, contract strategy, resource requirements, and communication plans.
- Alignment with Sustainability and Human Capital:
- Contribute to PepsiCo’s vision of sustainability and positive change.
- Advocate for a better future for the planet and people.
ABOUT YOU:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automation engineering team leadership and project management.
- Familiarity with GMP and EHS regulations.
- Results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving change.
