Barden is proud to be partnering with a significant Irish business to appoint a commercially minded HR Business Partner on a contract basis, to take on a key role in driving people strategy and cultural evolution over time.
The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in delivering both strategic and operational HR support, working in close partnership with business leaders to enhance performance, strengthen employee engagement, and improve retention across the organisation. This role will focus on aligning people strategies with business goals, offering expert advice across the employee lifecycle, and fostering a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Partner with leadership to deliver the people strategy, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning and oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring effective attraction, development, and retention of talent.
- Coach and support managers on performance management, employee relations matters, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives to build a high-performing culture.
- Provide data-driven HR insights, manage key processes such as pay reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Demonstrated experience operating in a Business Partnering or senior HR capacity within a complex organisation.
- Highly organised with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence, coach, and present confidently at all levels.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Comfortable working with HR systems and tools, with experience using platforms such as Advanced HR or similar.
