Barden is partnering with a well known Irish group seeking a solicitor to join its legal team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The business and the Legal team in particular is very friendly and enjoys an excellent work life balance and flexibility.
The position requires one day per week onsite on Wednesdays in the Dublin office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a generalist commercial legal counsel role but there is a focus on providing advice on employment law matters.
Other responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, and providing general legal advice in areas such as regulatory, insurance, litigation and ad hoc legal projects.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified lawyer in Ireland with 4+ years’ PQE;
- Experience in employment law and corporate/commercial law matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders.
