This role offers the exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of SME’s responsible for managing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery and resilience.

With a focus on ITIL best practices and strategic improvements, this position enables you to make a real impact on the company’s technological future.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Mentor and manage a team of technical SMEs to maintain high-quality infrastructure.
Lead IT operations for cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
Ensure system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Oversee the implementation of ITIL processes and drive continuous improvement.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

Proven leadership skills and ability to drive team success.
8+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure management.
Certified in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, M365) and ITIL Service Management.
