Barden are delighted to be assisting our city centre based client, a reputable property company specialising in residential lettings and commercial and land sales. This is an opportunity to join as a letting agent, taking over from someone who has been with the business for more than 15 years. The company prides itself in being able to provide career stability and progression over time if desired.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of rental properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
- Screen potential tenants, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the tenant selection process.
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all contractual documentation is accurately completed.
- Serve as a liaison between landlords and tenants, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Coordinate property inspections and oversee maintenance tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the rental market.
- Register tenancies with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB).
- Handle incoming phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Proven experience as a Letting Agent or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- PSRA Licence desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
