You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy of this company. This multifaceted role encompasses digital marketing, traditional advertising, public relations, and event management. You will have ownership and ability to create the Marketing agenda.
The ideal person will have a proven track record in marketing and sales along with a keen understanding and interest of the renewable energy sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, social media channels, and email campaigns.
- Analyse digital marketing metrics and optimise strategies for improved performance.
- Oversee traditional advertising campaigns and public relations initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Manage leads effectively, tracking and reporting on lead conversion to the management team.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably within a related industry.
- Proficient in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the Irish market and SEAI grant programs is advantageous.
