Are you a detail-oriented individual with an ability to multitask? Here at Barden, we are delighted to be assisting our client in their search for a Front of House – Office Administrator to join their team. As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the wider team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain organisation of the reception and office spaces.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Professional demeanour and positive attitude.
