As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the wider team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain organisation of the reception and office spaces.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Professional demeanour and positive attitude.
