Barden are partnering with our multinational client, an O2C Leader who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Order to Cash Expert/Manager to join their team. This is not a typical order to cash position, as they are looking for a unique individual who can bring new ideas and approaches to existing processes and will be a strong system lead.
As an individual contributor, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our order to cash process. The ideal person for this role will have a strong understanding of SAP and be a power user of the system. Additionally, they will have strong order management skills and knowledge of supply chain processes.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage and optimize the order to cash process
- Act as a SAP power user, ensuring the system is utilized to its full potential
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to other teams as needed
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Strong understanding of SAP and experience as a power user
- Proven experience in order management and supply chain processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
