Barden is proud to be partnering with a significant Irish business to appoint a commercially minded People Operations Manager (HR) to play a key role in shaping HR strategy and driving organisational excellence over time. This individual will work closely with a number of internal teams, while empowering the leadership team to bring HR to life across the organisation.

About the Person
- 8 years experience in HR, ideally with a strong focus on HR operations and end-to-end HR lifecycles.
- A passion for people and culture; with a balance of managing change, implementations, new ways of working and an excellence across the fundamentals.
- Multi-jurisdiction exposure specifically across Irish and UK regions.
- Leadership responsibilities including managing a team directly while influencing internal managers and teams.
- CIPD Qualification required.
