ROLE: Project Manager Community Support
TYPE 12 month FTC
Barden are delighted to partner with a leading global online marketplace and hospitality service to support them with the appointment of a ‘Project Manager – Community Support” role. This is a 12 month maternity leave contract role. It can operate remotely or in office.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role sits within a highly visible Community Support & Operations function, responsible for shaping and delivering programmes that enhance customer and community experience at scale. - Producing clear, executive‑ready updates, decks and communications
- Championing strong programme governance and ways of working
Background / skillset
- A seasoned Project Manager with experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives
- Background in customer support, operations, service environments or platform‑led businesses is an advantage
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in fast‑moving, global organisations
- Strong planning, storytelling and communication skills
- Calm, resilient and solutions‑focused, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
