Barden is delighted to partner with a leading global organisation headquartered in Dublin to identify a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Professional to join their EMEA Talent team.

This is a unique opportunity for a recruiter who is passionate about connecting great talent with purpose-driven opportunities, and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Based in Dublin’s South Docklands, this role offers excellent exposure to an international recruitment function that is scaling sustainably across EMEA.

The successful person will play a key role in shaping hiring strategies, supporting stakeholders, and driving inclusive recruitment practices from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer across a variety of roles and functions.
  • Build diverse and engaged candidate pipelines while contributing to long-term talent strategies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to define and execute effective recruitment plans.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and actively seek new ways to enhance every touchpoint.
  • Leverage data and systems to support decision-making and continuous process improvement.
  • Represent the organisation’s mission and values with professionalism, authenticity, and integrity.

About You:

You’re an enthusiastic and results-oriented recruitment professional who enjoys working collaboratively to solve complex talent challenges. You’re agile, adaptable, and take pride in delivering excellence at every stage of the hiring journey.

You will ideally have:

  • 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple functions and geographies.
  • A strong ability to influence, advise, and partner with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven success in building diverse pipelines and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A curious, self-driven mindset and a genuine passion for finding great people.
