Security Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager

Barden are delighted to partner with the CISO of a Global Organisation in their search for a dynamic and hands-on Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to join their tight-knit team in Dublin. 

This pivotal role requires a senior individual who can seamlessly navigate risk management, policy development, and security governance while fostering a culture of awareness and collaboration.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Establish and maintain a robust security governance framework, providing guidance to business units.
• Drive initiatives to enhance security awareness across the organization, presenting creative ideas and fostering enthusiasm for security practices.
• Assess and mitigate security risks, ensuring the integrity of digital assets.
• Take a hands-on approach to security, with the ability to analyse, question the why and articulate security protocols effectively.
• Always challenge existing practices and seek innovative solutions.
