There is an initial governance framework in place and a team with expertise across machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. They are building a secure, business-ready AI environment that enables teams to integrate AI solutions while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data.
About the person:
- Technical Expertise: Experience implementing AI solutions, particularly in workflow automation, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand operational challenges and translate them into AI- driven solutions.
- Lean Process Thinking: Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to improve efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, including NLP, LLMs, and process automation.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for Data management, AI & automation.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot, or AWS AI services.
- Proficiency in Python or a similar language for AI model development and integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their AI services.
- Experience in applying AI to business process optimization and operational efficiency
This is a Dublin based hybrid role- with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
