In Barden, we are excited to continue our collaboration with a prominent pharmaceutical company in Cork. Right now, they are seeking a Senior Finance Business Parent to join their team. Recognised as a great employer in Cork, this globally renowned business is seeking an experienced individual to serve as the finance lead for product launches and business development.
In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and measure new business opportunities and product launches. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, business partnering skills, and effective communication abilities. You will get unrivalled access to senior executives (VP Level) and act as a trusted advisor.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead finance and business partnerships for new business opportunities and product launches.
- Conduct financial assessments of business cases, perform post-investment appraisals and validate financial models.
- Drive, track, and report on key business development initiatives and projects.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance performance.
- Oversee internal workstreams to facilitate business development.
- Foster cross-division and cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified accountant, with 5+ years PQE.
- Proven business partnering experience with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in Excel and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work on your own initiative, with strong attention to detail.
