An opportunity to join a global leader in a newly created role as Tax Manager.
Working with a truly sustainable business, who are key influencers in the net zero journey, you will join this close-knit tax function supporting a variety of tax compliance and advisory needs.
Based in Dublin South with an expectation to collaborate in the office 50% of the month.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Compliance – Oversee the direct and indirect tax compliance process for Irish entities
- Reporting – Support corporate tax accounting and reporting
- Employment tax – Manage the resolution of queries across PAYE and IR35
- Tax Technology – support automation solutions and establish streamlined processes and strive for efficiencies
- General Advisory – support the wider finance team across tax related issues
- M&A – Support the global tax structuring and M&A needs of the business
ABOUT THE PERSON
- At least six years’ experience in tax industry and/or practice.
- A qualified Chartered Tax Advisor.
- Accounting qualification desirable (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Strong commercial acumen and a team player.
- Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines as required.
