Barden Financial Services is a joint venture between Barden and BRUIN Financial, the UK’s leading specialist financial services recruitment firm. The overall business includes over 100 specialist consultants across London, Manchester, Dublin and now Cork.

After completing a BA in Maths & Economics in 2006, Fionnán joined BNY Mellon and held various roles across Ireland and the UK, culminating in a leadership role in their flagship Cork site. In 2013 Fionnán made a career move into recruitment and spent a number of years with a large international recruitment company before founding Oliver Mall in 2016.

Oliver Mall will be rebranded as Barden Financial Services with Fionnán at the helm. Working closely with Ed Heffernan, Fionnán and his team will focus specifically on specialist FS roles across Asset Management, Banking, Insurance and related areas within Munster, while working closely with his colleagues in Dublin and across the UK to ensure joined up thinking when it comes to bringing talent into the FS industry in Ireland.
