Weldon Mather, Head of Accommodation & Operations Development, Fáilte Ireland

Weldon Mather is the Head of Accommodation & Operations Development with Fáitle Ireland. He is responsible for the accommodation sector capacity growth, development of the role of the sharing economy and leading national quality & standards.

Having started his career in the tourism industry, having studied in Shannon College of Hotel Management, GMIT and Technological University Dublin, Weldon went on to complete his CIMA qualification.

Throughout his career he has held various management and leadership roles across different industries including tourism, banking and consultancy.

Ed Leen, Finance Director, Kerry Foods

Ed Leen is an experienced Finance Director with a demonstrated history of working in various roles in the food industry. After completing a BSc Finance and Master’s degree in e-Business & Commerce in UCC he joined the Kerry Group as a Finance Graduate.

From there he held various roles within Kerry Group, on the brands and private label side of the business, including Management Accountant, Commercial Financial Controller, Group Financial Marketing Manager, Commercial Finance Manager and Finance Lead.

Ed now holds the position of Finance Director for the Private Label in Kerry Group.

He is CIMA qualified, and is skilled in commercial and operational finance, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), forecasting, performance management, measurement, team development and leadership.
