Barden is delighted to be partnering with a multinational hospitality company, that supports global activities out of Ireland, to identify a number of Safety Specialists to act as liaisons for their customers across Europe.
Working closely with the Head of Customer Safety these roles will involve being a support for distressed customers who have escalated concerns resulting from their travel and accommodation while staying within the company’s network. Safety concerns may include but are not limited to, Personal Safety Threats, Domestic Violence, Suicide or Self Harm, Child Exploitation, Physical Assault and Sexual Assault, Drugs activity, Sex Work, and Human Trafficking. Successful people will be able to identify threatening and harmful circumstances correctly, possess empathetic communication and quick decision-making, and intend to provide the best support possible for the individual. The person will maintain high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations and will comprehensively document investigations through written reports and summaries.
These are fully remote roles and will commence on May 21st 2023 and run to Jan 31st 2024. It is imagined that successful people might have the opportunity for longer-term roles in the company depending on availability.
