If you’re a qualified solicitor with strong corporate M&A experience then you’ll probably want to hear about this…

Barden are proud to be working in partnership with Applegreen to identify a talented corporate M&A lawyer to work with their legal team as they embark on the next chapter of their incredible story…

A little bit about Applegreen:

Founded in 1992, Applegreen is proud to be an Irish company and a true Irish success story. Over the last 30 years Applegreen has grown from a small, ambitious SME to a global multinational with over €2.3B in revenue and 13,000 employees across over 610 sites globally, with a growing presence in the US and strong operations in the UK and Ireland which is still home to its global headquarters. Impressive by any standards… and they’re just getting started.

A little about the opportunity:

Following the appointment of a new Group General Counsel earlier in 2021 and a Legal Counsel shortly afterwards, Applegreen are now taking the next step in the appointment of a Junior Corporate Counsel. The opportunity will provide exposure across a wide variety of areas including commercial contracts, corporate/M&A, dispute resolution, property, corporate governance, employment law, regulatory compliance and general legal advice.

Not only does the role afford significant exposure across group activities in USA, UK and Ireland, it also will involve working closely with the executive team and will enjoy unrivalled access to the founders of the business and their leadership team.
