Barden, Ireland’s leading Talent Advisory and Recruitment Firm, is proud to announce the appointment of Simon Cogan ACA as Consultant with our team in Cork.
Simon has come on board as a Consultant with our Accounting & Tax Practice, and to support Barden on a variety of different initiatives playing a key role in supporting clients within the Munster region. His knowledge and expertise are perfectly positioned to align with his peers here in Barden.
A Waterford native, Simon studied Business Studies, majoring in Accounting, in University of Limerick (UL) before joining EY in Dublin where he trained as a Chartered Accountant. Over the last 15 years Simon has worked a number of senior finance roles in Cork including Group Financial Controller of Ardmore Shipping, Head of Finance with Inver Energy, International Controller for Itron and most recently Finance Director of Kevin O’Leary Group.
