In Barden, we’re proud to have been appointed by the CFO of a high-growth tech company to support a number of key appointments ahead of their Series B Funding activity and subsequent expansion into Europe. This is a high-octane environment at a critical stage of its evolution and the success of the enterprise will depend on the quality and ability of the people that join them on the journey at this pivotal juncture.
While a number of roles will become available over the coming months initially we have been asked to lead the search for talent on two specific appointments, namely:
Senior Funding & Strategy Analyst – supporting the CFO on all fundraising activity this is a highly analytical role that will lead everything from financial modeling to pitch deck preparation. Ideally a qualified finance professional (accountant or CFA) with circa 2-3 years in a corporate environment in investment analysis or funding experience.
Head of Tax – a key role that will oversee all tax heads for the emergent business linking in with their US and emerging European entities. As the first internal appointment in Tax, this person will be involved in all elements of tax planning and execution. Circa 5-10 years PQE ideally good experience in a corporate tax team.
