Fionnán O’Sullivan appointed Managing Partner of Barden’s Financial Services Recruitment Practice.
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Fionnán O’Sullivan as Managing Partner of our Financial Services recruitment practice in Ireland. Fionnán joined Barden in 2019 and over the last year has been instrumental in shaping and building Barden’s expertise and competencies in Financial Services recruitment across Asset Management, Insurance and Banking.

In his new role Fionnán will lead a growing expert team in Barden dedicated to specialist recruitment across Asset Management, Insurance and Banking. Supported by other Barden Partners across Accounting, Tax and Legal recruitment, Fionnán and his team will focus on operational roles (back, middle and front office) across financial services, specialist areas such as Compliance & Risk and on key leadership appointments in FS nationally.

(A little about Fionnán: After completing a BA in Maths & Economics in 2006, Fionnán joined BNY Mellon and held various roles across Ireland and the UK, culminating in a leadership role in their flagship Cork site. In 2013 Fionnán made a career move into recruitment and spent a number of years with a large international recruitment company before founding Oliver Mall in 2016.
