Barden are working exclusively with a leading Hospitality group who are looking to hire an Investment Analyst for their Dublin team. This is a very exciting time for the business as they are in a huge stage of growth in both Ireland and wider Europe.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating and executing hospitality real estate business opportunities in Western Europe
- Generating new investment strategies and ideas
- Creating financial models, conducting market research, and interacting with brokers, sellers, and advisors to evaluate acquisitions
- Preparing investment memoranda to summarize findings for senior management and the Group’s investment committee
- Managing third-party due diligence processes, overseeing technical, valuation, and legal advisors
- Executing third-party debt financings in conjunction with acquisitions; negotiating term sheets and facility agreements
- Facilitating lender due diligence
ABOUT THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have:
- Two to three years of experience working in real estate finance, investment management or investment banking
- An undergraduate degree with grades demonstrating high academic performance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable interest in real estate investing
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector will be an advantage
