Barden are partnering with a leading global technology company who are hiring three new contract roles on their large team.
As a Platform Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success and business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver superior client experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Building and nurturing trusted relationships with clients, including developers, marketers, and advertising agencies.
- Advising advertisers on optimizing campaign strategies and maximizing efficiency.
- Utilizing your expertise in search marketing to drive performance and steer advertiser strategies.
- Analyzing campaign metrics to provide actionable insights for client business growth.
- Becoming an expert in the tools and technologies supporting our business ecosystem.
- Working closely with various teams including sales, marketing, research, and operations to provide industry-leading guidance.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service roles, supporting sales and clients effectively.
- Extensive background in servicing Performance Advertisers, preferably within the search marketing ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of the mobile advertising landscape, particularly in the gaming and developer space.
- Familiarity with the agency world and comfortable with client interactions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
