We are delighted to announce that Rachel McGuckian has been promoted to Business Lead in the Technology practice of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Ireland, specialising in software development, AI engineering, QA, and DevOps.
Rachel graduated from UCC in 2021 with a First-Class Honours degree in Commerce, majoring in HR & Leadership. After starting her career in Assurance at EY, Rachel transitioned to recruitment and has worked in the Technology practice at Barden since then. Rachel’s promotion to Business Lead reflects her passion and dedication to helping people and teams thrive in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
