Barden are delighted to be partnering with our client, a well-established Irish health and safety business to assist with their search for an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join their team in Cork.
This position involves a broad range of responsibilities. You’ll be an integral part of a close-knit team, which values a positive work culture. About the Role:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Preparation and filing of VAT.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Input financial data into accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain organized and efficient filing systems.
About the Person:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Proficient IT Skills.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly numeric with a strong attention to detail.
