Barden are delighted to be partnering with our client as they look to fill a very important role within their organisation.
This company is a multinational with a tight knit tenured Finance Team. They are looking for an AP Manager to join on a 12-18 month contract basis to lead two strong AP supervisors and Specialists who look after AP for EMEA and the US.
Full handover will be provided from the current AP Manager who is highly experienced and will be able to set you up for success in this role. The team support each other really well and have a strong work ethic.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Oversee the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for managing vendor invoices and payments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounts payable transactions.
- Manage vendor relationships and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Review and approve vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
- Lead and mentor the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare month-end and year-end reports as required.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices
