ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client is at the forefront of the investment industry, driving innovation and excellence. As they embark on a transformative journey in their finance and operations function. My client is seeking a talented Business Analyst to contribute to our success. This person will report directly to the FO of Transformation.
- Engage in dynamic collaboration with delivery managers to thoroughly comprehend, capture, and prioritize project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business representatives and stakeholders to unearth, evaluate, and refine fresh requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Pioneer imaginative design concepts and meticulously document future-state tools and system requirements to drive innovation.
- Execute thorough analysis, design, and provide steadfast support throughout the implementation of chosen platforms.
- Contribute to the formulation of operational procedures and meticulous documentation essential for seamless integration of new platforms.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Preferably skilled in managing Treasury Management Systems, with added value if familiar with TCS, indicating strong implementation capabilities. However, this is not mandatory.
- Track record of successfully delivering treasury-related projects, demonstrating competence in project management.
- Extensive background in business analysis and technical design, highlighting a robust skill set.
- Proven expertise in data governance and best practices, with hands-on experience in crafting insightful Reporting and Dashboards.
- Seasoned in collaborating with senior stakeholders across diverse functions, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- An individual skilled in bridging the gap between technology jargon and business needs, facilitating seamless understanding and collaboration.
