Barden has been engaged by a growing national firm with offices in Cork and Dublin to recruit a clinical negligence solicitor to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading national law firm highly regarded for their expertise in healthcare.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will join a team which has Tier 1 rankings in the leading legal directories for defendant clinical negligence work. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious candidate to work with the firm’s big name clients on complex and challenging disputes needs, as well as having the support and shared knowledge of a team of highly experienced lawyers.
ABOUT THE PERSON
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE with:
- In depth knowledge and experience in clinical negligence matters
- An ability to handle a caseload independently, whilst also being a strong team player
- An ability to adopt a commercial/practical perspective rather than an ‘academic’ approach to legal issues
- A genuine interest in healthcare law developments
