ABOUT THE ROLE

Support business initiatives, preparing and developing new business cases.
Analyse financial performance, delving into variances to provide insightful commentary and value-add recommendations.
Preparing and presenting strategic initiative proposals.
Work closely with stakeholders, mentoring them on all financial aspects of their business.
Participating in group-wide projects as required.

ABOUT THE PERSON

Be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
Highly numeric and analytical.
Strong systems orientation, including advanced Excel skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence.
