Barden are delighted to be assisting a hugely successful Irish plc to introduce two Finance Manager to their finance team in Dublin South (Hybrid working).
This opportunity would suit a commercial accounting professional who wants to be involved in the strategic development and growth of a significant Irish plc.
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide insights and value into the budgeting process;
- Communicate with stakeholders across the business both financial and non-financial;
- Ensure continued improvement and efficiencies of processes;
- Manage projects to ensure compliant and financially feasible.
- Build business cases, assessing market trends;
- Ad hoc projects as required.
THE PERSON:
- Fully Qualified Accounting professional (ACA or ACCA).
- Minimum 2 years PQE, with Industry experience.
- Must have previous commercial experience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Organised with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
- Proven experience of influencing.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
