Barden is proud to be partnering with Ireland’s leading specialist insurance firm to appoint a Customer Service Team Lead to join a dynamic, tight knit and growing organisation in the heart of Dublin City Centre. They are looking for an ambitious, energetic person to take on a key leadership role and to help the head of operations grow and develop the team.

Working with two other team leaders, you will play a key role across a circa 35 person support team and have direct responsibility for the development and guidance of 8 reports – the role will involve everything from business as usual in a high volume inbound environment (renewals, new business, queries etc…), to training and development of the wider team, through to an array of project and continuous improvement activity. No two days will really feel the same.
Strong people skills and a desire to engage with and motivate others are key to you being a success in this role.
