Barden have been asked to act on behalf of the Group CFO of a Dublin South based pharma company to identify an ambitious Commercial Controller for their finance team. This is a great opportunity for the right person with the right ambition to work closely with the senior management team who are looking to bring a future leader into their rapidly growing Irish business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role will report to the Divisional CFO and be responsible for financial reporting, process improvements, and management reporting for the countries under their remit and get exposure to the commercial EU Operations. You will manage 2 direct reports also.

ABOUT THE PERSON

Professional Accounting qualification – ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent with 8+ years relevant PQE ideally with experience in industry.
Proven experience in the areas of financial planning & analysis, finance business partnering, management accounting and financial control.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or similar environment would be advantageous.
Financial modelling skills, with ability to manage very detailed data
Power BI/Tableau and Salesforce knowledge an advantage
Must have permanent residency status in Ireland to be considered for this opportunity.
