ABOUT THE ROLE
– Responsible for timely and accurate month-end close, P&L and balance sheet account analysis, and insightful reporting to assist business performance
– Contribution to the establishment of a continuous improvement culture
– Take on a lead role in the preparation of statutory accounts and management of the external audit
– Active partnering with appropriate stakeholders in wider finance, tax and the business for successful solutions and change implementation
– Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations
– Implement best practice finance function systems and controls
– Develop, mentor and empower a well-established finance team
– Ad hoc duties and projects to support the growing needs of the business

ABOUT THE PERSON
– Qualified accountant with 5+ years post qualified experience.
– Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
– Proven ability to influence at a senior level in the organization
– Ability to work successfully on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
– Positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity
– Organised, efficient and confident personality, positive attitude
– Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
