Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

The role offers a blend of Finance Management and Business Partnering. ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for timely and accurate month-end close, with a focus on reporting to assist business performance.
Analyse and manage working capital requirements.
Contribution to the establishment of a continuous improvement culture.
Active finance business partnering within the wider business with a focus on profitability.
Implement best practice finance function systems and controls.
Develop, mentor and coach a well-established finance team.
Ad hoc duties and projects to support the growing needs of the business.

ABOUT THE PERSON

Qualified accountant with 5+ years post qualified experience.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and proficient use of MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intellectual curiosity when it comes to the business and business performance.
Proven record of interacting with cross functional teams across an organisation.
