The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining and automating the global compliance reporting, including financial statement preparation and audit execution. This is a highly strategic and hands-on opportunity for a finance professional with strong expertise in compliance and passion for process improvement. There will be a huge amount of stakeholder engagement as the main interface between Finance and Project teams globally.

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Play a lead role in automating and centralising the global audit process, strengthening the quality and consistency of statutory reporting
• Build strong relationships with key finance stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across Finance, Tax and wider teams
• Support global finance teams to enhance audit delivery, improve financial statement preparation and drive consistency in statutory outputs
• Identify and mitigate risks across statutory close and audit cycles, providing clear insights and reporting on local close performance
• Drive global standardisation of statutory processes, controls and reporting frameworks
• Lead initiatives that accelerate close timelines, enhance control environments and improve overall financial governance

• Qualified Accountant with 5+years PQE
