As the Finance Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function, aligning it with the overall business strategy, and gaining comprehensive insights across the entire organization and value chain.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Shape and execute Finance Transformation objectives to align with the business strategy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting processes, focusing on automation, efficiency and data quality.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and transform it into actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continually seek improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve the objectives of Finance Transformation.
- Ensure projects stay on track, provide regular updates, and maintain momentum.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- A qualified accountant with 6+ years of PQE, along with a background in financial reporting, data analysis or process improvement.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Thrive in a continually improving work environment and embrace change.
- Can-do attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
