Finance Transformation Manager

Barden is partnering with a prominent Irish business, headquartered in Cork, to source a Finance Transformation Manager to join their team. Our client is driving a clear and strategic Finance Transformation agenda, sponsored by an impressive and committed CFO.

These initiatives range from financial reporting projects to process improvements and digital and data strategies. As the Finance Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function, aligning it with the overall business strategy, and gaining comprehensive insights across the entire organization and value chain.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Shape and execute Finance Transformation objectives to align with the business strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting processes, focusing on automation, efficiency and data quality.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and transform it into actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continually seek improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve the objectives of Finance Transformation.
  • Ensure projects stay on track, provide regular updates, and maintain momentum.

ABOUT THE PERSON

  • A qualified accountant with 6+ years of PQE, along with a background in financial reporting, data analysis or process improvement.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Thrive in a continually improving work environment and embrace change.
  • Can-do attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
