Barden has been enlisted to search for an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to join an innovative Financial Technology solution provider join their Transformation function.

ABOUT THE PERSON
- Deliver a new of ERP and managing cross functional finance related projects.
- Define the project scope and timeline, gathering system requirements, producing project plans and reports, managing stakeholders, and working with third-party providers.
- Assist in delivering Finance Transformation goals and collaborating with the wider transformation team to achieve overall objectives.
- Responsible for managing vendor relationships and budgets and may have other duties assigned as necessary.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Experience in managing cross-functional finance projects involving multiple systems, vendors, and global teams.
- Previous project management experience implementing cloud-based ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability using strategic and creative thinking to transform processes and organizations.
- Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting. Experience across R2R, O2C, and P2P would be ideal but is not a prerequisite.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
