Here in Barden, we are delighted to be working with a leading Irish Real Estate business who are looking to hire an ambitious Financial Accountant to join their growing team. This role has arisen due to growth. It is very much a broad role where the successful candidate will have full remit to make it their own. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this person will be an integral part of a dynamic team.
This business is going from strength to strength as they continue to grow their portfolio and take on a number of exciting new projects.

About the Role:
- Responsible for the month-end reporting process for the business;
- Preparation of consolidated reports & management accounts for the business;
- Act as a key Business Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure reporting is timely and accurate;
- Analysis of financial trends which will support key decision making for the business;
- Dealing with tax returns, VAT, etc.;
- Evaluation of processes and provide recommendations for process improvements;
- Ad-hoc projects as required.
About the Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA);
- Strong Excel and systems experience;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong team player;
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment;
- Ability to think outside of the box and work on your own initiative;
- Hardworking, detailed oriented and results focused.
