This opportunity is well-suited for an accomplished Finance Professional with circa 5+ years of PQE, ready to progress their career. The leadership team is seeking an individual who will oversee the finance function and who possesses a mindset for continuous process improvement. Working closely with both the CFO and Commercial Controller this role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Coordinate period-end Financial Statements across multiple entities and currencies.
- Supervise month-end reporting, including general ledger ownership.
- Offer technical expertise in accounting topics such as Transfer Pricing, R&D Capitalization, and Revenue Recognition.
- Lead the evolution and maintenance of a robust system of controls, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with external auditors and actively contribute to the Annual Financial Audit.
- Play a key role in the system implementation project and various continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed, supporting both Finance and broader business projects.
- Supervise, support and mentor 3 finance specialists.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE.
- Previous experience in a SaaS business is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.
- Positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity.
